New J-1 Exchange Students

Welcome to Cal Poly!

If you are a new international student accepted to Cal Poly, please complete the Exchange Student DS-2019 Request to provide information and documents that the International Students and Scholars office needs to issue your DS-2019.  You will use the DS-2019 to apply for J-1 exchange student visa.  Please only submit this form after you have been accepted to a Cal Poly International Exchange Program.   

Once you receive your DS-2019 follow the visa instructions for the J-1 Visa Application Process.
